About LEAD
This team leadership programme aims to develop individuals and teams and can be tailored to the ethos and values of the organisation. It works on the principle that each individual, when developed to his/her full potential, will contribute positively to the growth and success of an organisation and the wider community. L.E.A.D creates change-agents, ready and able to step into communities confidently and mindfully, as catalysts of positive change.
Acknowledging the global and local dearth of leadership, the various crises facing young people in the forms of the Coronavirus pandemic and its resultant economic fallout, Gender-based Violence, Climate Change, the L.E.A.D programme helps people to hone their passions into effective leadership skills which will empower them to make meaningful changes in their own lives, in their local communities, in South Africa and in the world.
The L.E.A.D programme involves both individual and group exercises, developing self-confidence and embracing diversity. LEADers learn to manage conflict, tolerate dissonance and work towards solutions. LEADers are encouraged to embrace vulnerability, choose courage over comfort, be kind and empathetic, honest and authentic.

Lisa has collaborated with Chantal of ShantiChanty to create a one-day workshop designed to help people of all ages manage the stresses and strains of modern living. With over 30 years collective experience, Chantal and Lisa offer down-to-earth, grounded guidance to help people develop positive habits and practices to bring about meaningful change and a sense of purpose.
The one-day workshop covers:

"Spending the day attending a MINDflow Workshop at Woodlands Healing Spa has definitely benefited me, it has changed my mindset towards life… Yes, unfortunately bad things happen in life, it's just how we deal with it that counts.
